LIMITED WARRANTY
COVERAGE
zProtector warrants to the owner of this premium zProtector Mattress Protector that if the fabric or laminate becomes damaged within a period of fifteen years from the date of purchase as a result of normal household use, zProtector will replace or reimburse the purchase price of the protector, provided the care instructions have been followed. The mattress protector warranty is not transferable.
REQUIREMENTS:
- All laundering instructions on the care label are followed;
- Mattress protector must not be ripped, torn, burned, melted or abused in any other manner;
- Claims process must be completed directly through zProtector. Do not return mattress protector to retailer;
- Original purchase receipt for the mattress protector must be submitted to qualify for the warranty;
- Claim must be initiated within 7 days of damage;
- Defective mattress protector must be returned to zProtector for inspection.
EXCLUSIONS
The mattress protector warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear;
- Normal soiling from every day use;
- Mattress protectors that have been mishandled or abused;
- This warranty is not available where the mattress protector is used for commercial, institutional or rental purposes;
- Stains caused by ins, nail polish, cosmetics, bleach, non-food related grease, corrosives, alcohol, dyes or solvents;
- Mattress not fitted correctly with the mattress protector;
- Stains or damage caused by or related to fire, natural disaster, flood, theft, vandalism, or any other loss that is covered under an insurance policy;
- Damage caused by more than two pints of liquid;
- Damage caused by extraordinary use.
This warranty is the sole warranty given by zProtector and replaces all other warranties express or implied. zProtector shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect damage of whatever kind and shall only be required to service manufacturer’s defects associated with the mattress protector. In any event, the coverage of this warranty shall be limited to the actual replacement cost of the warranted product. This warranty is made exclusively by zProtector and is not made by or on behalf of its distributors or any other party.
All determinations of coverage under this warranty and extended coverage are solely at the discretion of the manufacturer and such determination shall be final.
zProtector reserves the right to revise the warranty it offers in connection with the sale of products form time to time. Accordingly, the warranties set forth in this certificate apply only to the Product accompanied by this warranty certificate. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE CARE INSTRUCTIONS WILL VOID YOUR MATTRESS PROTECTOR WARRANTY.
